 Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Assistant Waiter to join our  team for 2026 in Corfu

• Prepare tables and service stations before each shift.
• Assist waiters in serving food and beverages according to service standards.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guest departure.
• Ensure side stations are stocked with necessary items (cutlery, glasses, napkins, condiments).
• Support with carrying trays, delivering dishes, and refilling beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas.
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• Handle guest requests politely and promptly, referring to senior staff when necessary.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and functions when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in customer service and teamwork.
• Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
