For the 2026 season, we seek an experienced and talented individual to join the award-winning Atlantica Beach Resort 5* Hotel in Kos Island as an F&B Manager.

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our culinary and service operations maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. You'll be the driving force behind creating a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations, from the first impression to the last bite. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, optimizing efficiency and productivity. Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing and maintaining rigorous hygiene standards.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures to create a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by training and inspiring our culinary and service teams. Guide to enhance their skills, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing workforce.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Lead by example, setting the standard for impeccable service. Work closely with the front-of-house team to create a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an F&B Manager or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, including industry trends and best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in English with an excellent command of the language
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
