Responsible for the organization and good order of the office (call center, supplies, appointments, visits); assistance in preparing offers to clients, market research, preparation of itinenaries, confirming vendor agreements, updating payables /receivables and liaising with the  account department, assisting in trip inspections and familiarization trips, travel design and operation services. 

Skills required:  Very good oral and written English, second languange French or Spanish appreciated. Highly organizational, detail oriented, hard working, team spirit, communicative, polite and flexible, comfortable use of technoly, ambitious to learn and develop a career in the sector.
