Job Purpose:
H Hotels Collection is seeking a talented and creative Events Coordinator with strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach, acting with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in order to join our team and deliver exceptional events - from weddings and private celebrations to occasional celebrations and parties.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally via email, phone, and in person.
- Manage event enquiries with courtesy and precision, always putting the guest first.
- Design and present tailored event packages in line with client needs, market trends, and hotel standards.
- Coordinate events from start to finish - liaising with florists, photographers, agencies, and internal hotel teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Following up with client’s post-event to nurture long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Support the Marketing team with social media content creation, ensuring brand presence and consistency across all channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop attractive event concepts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or events.
- Strong knowledge of the local, national, and European events market.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001 standards, workplace health & safety, and hospitality best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMS tools, and social media/reputation platforms.
- Confident communicator — verbally, in writing, and via email etiquette.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Polished professional appearance with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, another European language is highly desirable.
