Job description:

At Titania Hotel Athens, one of the city’s landmark hotels in the heart of Athens, we are seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented Reservations Supervisor to lead our dynamic reservations team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid knowledge of reservation systems & revenue and proven experience in the hospitality industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and coordinate all hotel reservations efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor room inventory and rates to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Handle individual and group bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Handle reservations through OTAs, WebHotelier, and extranets.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the reservations team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agencies, and tour operators.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office management or similar managerial role.
• Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Opera Cloud, Protel) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills and a passion for results.
