About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Bartender/Mixologist drives the development and maintenance of an innovative and unique beverage menu. The Bartender/Mixologist reports to the Head Bartender.

As Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide respectful and generous service to both guests and colleagues.
• Greet guests, explain menu items, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and serve drinks while ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper stock levels in the bar area.
• Follow liquor regulations and ensure all served items are accounted for on the bill.
• Attend training sessions and department meetings.

As Bartender/Mixologist, we expect from you: 

• Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit.
• 1-2 years of bartending experience.
• Fluency in English.
