Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support key human resources functions at our managed city hotels. This role focuses on recruitment, employee onboarding, training coordination, HR compliance, and supporting payroll and labor reporting systems. The successful candidate will ensure seamless HR operations in alignment with Greek labor law and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative HR tasks such as registration of new hires, employment contracts, weekly schedules, work accidents, and maintenance of employee records.
  • Collect and manage all legal/HR documentation (contracts, GDPR, training attendance, termination paperwork).
  • Support payroll team with sickness leaves, annual leaves, and payroll-related issues.
  • Coordinate onboarding & offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth integration and exit of employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management in the implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Participate in talent acquisition processes, employer branding initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employee growth and retention.
  • Contribute to HR projects (culture, performance management, compliance, organizational development).

Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree will be considered an asset).
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR roles (administrative and/or generalist).
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office – strong Excel skills are required.
  • Familiarity with HRM systems & Ergani will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Organizational, multitasking and time-management skills with ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
