Hotel Supervisor – Chalkidiki

HR Solutions is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Hotel Supervisor to support the daily operations of a well-established hotel in the stunning region of Chalkidiki. This role is perfect for someone with hospitality experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility and play a key part in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of hotel operations
• Supervise and support staff in reception, housekeeping, and F&B areas
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests with professionalism
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service
• Support training of new staff members and promote teamwork
• Monitor supplies and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
• Assist with reporting, shift planning, and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality role (supervisory experience is an advantage)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., PMS) desirable
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
