Your main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient work processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste. 
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. 
  • Recruit, train, and supervise stewarding employees, ensuring they adhere to resort standards and policies. 
  • Oversee the inventory of kitchen supplies, including cleaning agents, detergents, and equipment. 
  • Assist in preparing and managing the stewarding department budget. 
  • Work closely with other departments, including culinary, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations. 

What will you bring?

  • 3 Years’ experience in 5-star hotel and/or large banquet and event areas. 
  • HACCP accreditation. 
  • Fluent in the English language. Greek, or Arab are desirable. 
  • Competency in Windows including Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, menu management, inventory control and Event Management software. 
  • Experience working with large groups of employees from various cultural backgrounds.
