Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
- Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services.
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
- Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dinner options.
- Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbooks and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.
- Providing information about facilities, programs and other services.
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
- Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
Require Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
