Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
  • Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
  • Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
  • Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dinner options.
  • Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbooks and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.
  • Providing information about facilities, programs and other services.
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints.

 

Require Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
