Sandblu Resort is currently in search of: Barista and Bartender.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, with precision and artistry.
• Craft and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages in accordance with established recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and coffee station at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Upsell beverages and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
• Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere at the bar, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and cocktail recipes.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
• Fluency in English.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
