Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized and anticipatory service to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Greet guests upon arrival, assist with hosting processes, and escort them to tables.
• Provide detailed information about the restaurant surroundings, facilities, services, menu specials and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a discreet, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Assist with organizing and executing special events, such as private dinners, celebrations, and weddings.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience as a hostess in a similar restaurant or luxury hospitality role (preferred but not essential).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering unparalleled service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
