We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented Front Office Agent to join our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
• Provide guests with accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained at all times
• Assist with luggage, checking room readiness if needed,Assist with documenting and coordinating between Housekeeping and Maintenance
• Process payments, issue keys, and update guest records using our Portel management system
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and solve issues quickly
• Maintain a calm, professional, and proactive attitude during busy or challenging moments
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in front office or guest-facing hospitality roles is a must
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• A hands-on mindset, attention to detail, and natural hospitality approach
• Flexible, responsible, and ready to move beyond the desk when needed
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
