You will be part of the team responsible for reservations and guest relations in our hotels,  luxury apartments and villas. You will be supporting guests via phone and email, helping them with the booking process, and responding to their queries. You will also be responsible for planning their check in/out, schedule cleaning and maintenance  and overview the smooth operation in our properties. 

You will also  act as a point of contact for the property owners, managing communications with them and the team as well as supporting them should any issues arise. 

Qualifications

• You will need to be proficient in English 
• You will have excellent knowledge of booking platforms such as WebHotelier, Booking.com etc and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Mailing Platforms (outlook, gmail, etc.) 
• You will be well organised and have  great attention to detail
• You will need to have a can do attitude and problem solving skills
• You will also have great communication skills and an aptitude for managing people and teams
• Previous experience in hospitality roles will be considered a huge plus.
