Role Description:

This is a temporary on-site role located in Athens for Bar/Service staff at YESTAY Hotels. The hotel is scheduled to open in December, and we are currently seeking motivated team members to join our opening team.

The role involves both morning and afternoon shifts. Successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages during the morning shift, and providing bar and room service support during the afternoon shift.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages during the morning shift

• Assist and welcome guests in the breakfast or lobby area

• Operate the bar during afternoon hours

• Handle and deliver room service orders

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in service areas

• Follow safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality or F&B

• Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to follow schedules and work under pressure

• Strong team spirit and professionalism

• Fluency in Greek is required

• Good knowledge of English is a plus

• Flexibility to work in shifts
