- Preparing and sending proposals to clients (for groups, events, FIT).
- Follow ups, negotiations, inspections, appointments, sales calls, conversion and contracting.
- Updating the hotel systems to reflect agreements accurately.
- Continuous communication with clients to ensure a smooth operation of the converted business and achieve client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Issuing of Event Orders and communication with the internal hotel departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational qualifications in hospitality or business administration
- Excellent command of English & Greek language (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Knowledge of Fidelio (Suite 8) will be considered a plus.
- Previous experience of a minimum of 2 years in a relevant role will be given a priority
