• Know and execute in detail all the recipes of the menu
• Ensure the proper use of all utilities and facilities
• Participate in all jobs/ works in the kitchen
• Ensure high level of compliance with all the hygiene standards required
• Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe, sanitary food-handling practices
• To follow all tasks and be flexible on duties assigned
