We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve company targets. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities for corporate clients and events.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Engage in proactive sales efforts, including cold calling and client visits.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing collaborators to ensure repeat business.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions and packages.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and attention

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 4+Years proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Greek and English.
  • Computer literate and excellent knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager & IDS/OTA’s Extranet systems
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Internet
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations and services.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
