Πλήρης απασχόλησηWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve company targets. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Identify and target new business opportunities for corporate clients and events.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Engage in proactive sales efforts, including cold calling and client visits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing collaborators to ensure repeat business.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions and packages.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and attention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 4+Years proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Greek and English.
- Computer literate and excellent knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager & IDS/OTA’s Extranet systems
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Internet
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and services.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
