About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional, personalized service in a timely manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail.
• Deliver dishes and drinks to tables with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel (preferred but not essential).
• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
• Fluency in English.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
