About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional, personalized service in a timely manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail.
- Deliver dishes and drinks to tables with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.
Qualifications / Experience
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel (preferred but not essential).
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Fluency in English.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
