Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the strategic objectives of Porto Carras
- Guide the recruitment process to attract top talent and maintain a pipeline of candidates
- Oversee and enhance the employee experience through effective onboarding, training, and performance evaluation
- Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment
- Serve as a strategic partner to management by providing insights and recommendations on HR matters
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and best practices within the hospitality sector
- Promote employee wellness programs and initiatives to support workforce wellbeing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in hospitality
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employee relations practices
- Proven track record in developing HR strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with HR software and technologies
