Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the strategic objectives of Porto Carras
• Guide the recruitment process to attract top talent and maintain a pipeline of candidates
• Oversee and enhance the employee experience through effective onboarding, training, and performance evaluation
• Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment
• Serve as a strategic partner to management by providing insights and recommendations on HR matters
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and best practices within the hospitality sector
• Promote employee wellness programs and initiatives to support workforce wellbeing

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in hospitality
• Extensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employee relations practices
• Proven track record in developing HR strategies and initiatives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with HR software and technologies
