RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-out procedures
  • Identifying guest preferences, needs, and special requests prior to arrival
  • Informing guests about hotel facilities and promoting hotel services
  • Excellent cooperation with other hotel departments
  • Handling and resolving urgent/emergency situations
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and managing guest requirements
  • Managing and resolving guest complaints

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism.
  • 2-3 years minimum experience as a Front Office/concierge employee in a 4* or 5* Boutique Hotel.
  • Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
  • Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer oriented.
  • Excellent PMS and MS Office skills.
  • Pylon PMS user would be considered an asset
  • Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic hotel reservations knowledge and use of extranets
