Εποχιακός/ήRESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-out procedures
- Identifying guest preferences, needs, and special requests prior to arrival
- Informing guests about hotel facilities and promoting hotel services
- Excellent cooperation with other hotel departments
- Handling and resolving urgent/emergency situations
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and managing guest requirements
- Managing and resolving guest complaints
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism.
- 2-3 years minimum experience as a Front Office/concierge employee in a 4* or 5* Boutique Hotel.
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
- Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer oriented.
- Excellent PMS and MS Office skills.
- Pylon PMS user would be considered an asset
- Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Ability to multitask
- Basic hotel reservations knowledge and use of extranets
