Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Reservations or Front Office role within the hospitality industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with hotel systems and Property Management Systems (PMS), especially Opera
• A University Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field will be considered an asset
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and a guest-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple reservations and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• A collaborative team player with a professional demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• High level of integrity and commitment to excellence in guest service
