Yestay Hotels, a family-owned and fast-growing hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager for its new luxury 4-star boutique hotel located in the vibrant neighborhood of Psyrri, Athens. The hotel features 22 elegantly designed rooms and will operate year-round, with its grand opening scheduled for October 2025.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departments

Maintain and exceed high standards of guest service and hospitality

Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence

Monitor reservations, revenue, and operating costs

Collaborate with Yestay Hotels’ management team to implement business and marketing strategies
Requirements:

Degree in Hotel Management or a related field

Excellent command of English and one additional foreign language

Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in boutique or luxury hotels

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a hands-on and problem-solving mindset

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
