We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel as well as to provide leadership and strategic direction to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction.
The Hotel Manager is responsible for managing the Hotels management team (HOD's) and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. He/she should motivate and inspire his/her colleagues and be responsible for the both the wellbeing of the guests and the product.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge and understanding of budgeting, supervising, and controlling. Constant co- operation with the Regional Hotel Manager will require from the applicant to be able to comply with the Company’s procedures along with the affiliation standards. He/she should motivate and inspire his/her colleagues and be responsible for the both the wellbeing of the guests and the product.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years minimum experience as a Hotel Manager in a Luxury Hotel.
- Experience in supervising the hotel functioning areas.
- A university degree in hotel management or a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language and Greek Language.
- Excellent computer system skills.
- High leadership skills focusing in people development.
- High communication and organizational skills.
- Result oriented and experienced in budgeting and P&L reporting.
