F&B Supervisor / Butler

Role Overview

As the main point of contact for all F&B-related services, you will ensure that every guest enjoys personalized and top-quality service. You will work closely with the kitchen and F&B team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service tailored to individual guest needs.
• Ensure the luxury F&B atmosphere in line with hotel standards.
• Coordinate and execute all F&B operations
• Set up, serve, and clear all meals and drinks within the hotel, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Communicate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Suggest menus and upsell special dining experiences.
• Monitor stock levels, place replenishment requests, and ensure cleanliness and readiness of F&B equipment.
• Support any special requests or events within the hotel (private dinners, celebrations, etc.).
• Work closely with the hotel’s management to align with broader hotel operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in F&B roles within luxury hospitality (e.g. Captain, Butler, F&B Supervisor).
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service, food presentation, and wine & beverage pairing.
• Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently within a structured hotel system.
