Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries related to reservations

Enter and update bookings accurately in the reservation system

Provide information on room availability, rates, packages, and services

Assist guests with special requests or changes to existing bookings

Coordinate with front office and other departments as needed

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and prompt service

Keep up-to-date with promotions and special offers
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in reservations, front desk, or customer service is preferred

Familiarity with reservation software and PMS systems (e.g., Protel) is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Responding to reviews, (with operations manager if needed), demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and helps built trust.
