Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries related to reservations

  • Enter and update bookings accurately in the reservation system

  • Provide information on room availability, rates, packages, and services

  • Assist guests with special requests or changes to existing bookings

  • Coordinate with front office and other departments as needed

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and prompt service

  • Keep up-to-date with promotions and special offers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reservations, front desk, or customer service is preferred

  • Familiarity with reservation software and PMS systems (e.g., Protel) is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Responding to reviews, (with operations manager if needed), demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and helps built trust.
