Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented, and highly organized individual to join
our team as a Front Office & Guest Relations Assistant. This role requires flexibility,
multitasking skills, and a strong customer service mindset, as you will support various
front desk and guest service operations at both Vision Omonia Hotel and Vision Gazi
Apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Support:
Assist the front office and reception team in daily operations, ensuring smooth
guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Guest Interaction & Assistance:
Engage with guests within the hotel or Gazi apartments to address their
questions, needs, and provide general support as required.
Telephone & Communication Handling:
Answer incoming calls and messages from both Vision Omonia Hotel and Vision
Gazi Apartments, providing prompt and helpful responses to inquiries or
requests.
Guest Request Follow-Up:
Proactively follow up on guest requests and ensure their timely resolution,
coordinating with other departments as needed, for both properties.
Reception Duties:
Cover reception shifts when needed, including handling check-ins/check-outs,
guest queries, and administrative front desk tasks.
Complaint Management:
Communicate with guests to resolve complaints or concerns in a professional
and empathetic manner, aiming to maintain high guest satisfaction.
Multitasking & Flexibility:
Operate as a flexible, multitasking team member capable of adapting to the day-
to-day needs of the hotel and its operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer-facing role preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (especially
Greek) are a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under
pressure.
Proficient in using hotel management systems (PMS) and common office
software.
Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and
holidays.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
