About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Kids Club Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Kids Club Attendant is responsible for taking care of our young guests between the ages of 4 and 12,and generally for the smooth running of the Kids Club department on a day-to-day basis, to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction. The Kids Club Attendant reports to the Kids Club Supervisor. 

As Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure that all activities are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.
• Keep all toys and equipment clean, safe and well maintained.
• Implement standards and participate in high service standards training.
• Create new, unique and interesting activities that draw upon the best cultural, sporting or other offerings of the area in which Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is located.
• Monitor the success of the activities programs through the number of participants per scheduled event and through guests’ feedback. Make necessary adjustments to maintain top quality, fun filled and original program for hotel guests and kids.
• Develop and maintain a strong working environment with the other departments.

As Kids Club Attendant, we expect from you: 

• EU passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
• Degree in Child Development and Education/Teaching is mandatory. 
• Working experience in a similar role will be considered as a plus.
• Fluency in English. Any other additional language will be considered as a plus.
