With 9 years of experience in Mykonos, we specialize in luxury villa rentals and management, delivering top-tier guest services and hospitality support.
 
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing guest communications and coordinating in-villa services,  overseeing the reporting and resolution of maintenance issues, as well as overseeing the mentainance personnel daily schedule—entirely remotely.
The ideal candidate will act as the digital link between guests, staff, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day villa operations and a high standard of guest satisfaction.
 
This is a full-time, seasonal position with an 8-hour daily schedule, including weekends and public holidays, with a monthly salary of 1200 euro
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Guest Experience (Remote Concierge):
•Act as the main remote point of contact for guests from check-in to check-out via WhatsApp, and phone
•Handle and coordinate all concierge requests (transfers, private chefs, massages, excursions, etc.)
•Communicate clearly and promptly with guests to ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner
•Liaise with trusted local partners and on-site staff to confirm and oversee service execution
•Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay and follow up as needed
 
Operations & Maintenance Coordination:
•Receive, track, and log all maintenance and repair issues reported either by guests or housekeeping staff
•Prioritize tasks and assign them to the appropriate maintenance personnel or service providers
•Follow up on issue resolution to ensure work is completed on time and to standard
•Maintain a digital log of reported issues, actions taken, and completion status for internal tracking and reporting
•Coordinate daily with housekeeping supervisors and the operations team to ensure villas remain in top condition
 
Requirements:
•At least 1 year working experience in Mykonos
•Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or property operations
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
•Confident using WhatsApp, email, digital calendars, Google Sheets, and task management tools
•Ability to troubleshoot problems calmly and efficiently
•Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
•Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
•Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
