About the role

Acts as the on-property liaison between the Sales & Marketing department and the resort Operations team, and provides support to all Sales & Marketing activities and on-site requirements. Handles all aspects of in-resort communications, ranging from content creation, brand collateral, PR & media trips, sales visits, events and general sales support. Responsible for providing full administrative support to the Sales & Marketing departments. An energetic and professional individual that will ensure the smooth operation of the Sales & Marketing teams. This is a full-time role that is based on-site in Kéa when the resort is operational during the season, and in Athens office when it's not in operation during off-season.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ongoing content updates, regular monitoring and reporting of collaterals and other in-resort promotional material (such as but not limited to the website, microsite, in-villa TV, and more) to ensure everything is in place and according to brand standards.
  • Conduct site tours & inspections as and when required.
  • Manage, coordinate itinerary and host or provide support to media/PR, influencer visits & FAM trips.
  • Online community and reviews management (i.e. Google, social media, post-stay surveys), through liaising with other departments as required.
  • Coordinate and manage in-resort events together with the Operations teams and support with content productions (photographers, videographers, and digital content creators).
  • Maintain up to date CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Tracking of the department budgets and expenditures.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Follow up on queries, deadlines, and other projects assigned by the Director of Sales and the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree will be considered an asset)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing/Communications in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable, confident and enthusiastic when working with tight deadlines
