Εποχιακός/ήLouis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking to recruit an ideal candidate for the Mykonos Island:
Head Bartender
Main Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with the Restaurant General Manager you will execute the smooth and flawless operation of the Bar and Restaurant.
- Complete all bartender duties when necessary.
- Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.
- Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served in the bar.
- Ensure that all details of service are performed by the bartenders to expected standards and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
- Train bartenders and service team to ensure beverage knowledge and service levels are to standard.
- Drive cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative, and seasonally accurate cocktails are available on the menu.
- Assist with beverage procurement, beverage costing.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.
- 2 years’ minimum experience as a Head Bartender in a hotel with similar high standards.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Excellent command of English language is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, guest oriented and with a hands-on operations management approach.
- Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills.
