Ιn a nutshell:

The Guest Relations Manager and team at Daios Cove is considered as a critical role for our guests’ experience, as they are the main point of contact for guests, turning their everyday moments into exceptional memories. Together with their team, a Guest Relations Manager ensure and provide flawless, professional, and high-class guest services throughout their stay, and provide direction to continuously improve guests and team experience.

Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

  • Ensure all guests, receive personalized services and oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures.
  • Provide upscale guest service experiences starting from welcoming upon arrival throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and our teams and follow up to ensure we resolve any guest concerns.
  • Coordinate luggage collection, delivery, and storage
  • Proactively plan and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires

Our people and culture

  • Interviewing and onboard potential or new hires following People & Culture department guidelines.
  • Managing team member relations issues by coaching, mentoring, and partnering with People & Culture Department
  • Experience working with diverse backgrounds, respecting cultural differences, beliefs and practices

Skills and qualifications to help you succeed:

  • This role generally requires a relevant degree in Hotel/Tourism or equivalent experience in hospitality environment
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
  • Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to quickly work around different solutions, are critical success factors for this role
  • Requires the ability to be flexible and adapt to change
