Requirements:
▪️Ensure that guests checking in and checking out are handled according to the hotel standards and that their expectations are met on a day-to-day basis.
▪️Assist guests with all check in procedures, issue room keys, and answer Amy questions they may have.
▪️Take extra care to address any special needs of guests, or possible guest complaints.
▪️Attempt to turn guests into repeaters by providing them with an amazing experience.
▪️Provide additional information to the guests that are tailored to their preferences such as entertainment activities, cruises, beaches, restaurants, nightlife suggestions, events, or historic monuments.
▪️Post all the relevant charges to the appropriate account, to provide the itemized bills to the guests, and make sure that they are delivered promptly and are accurate.
▪️Maximize the sales by providing the guests with information regarding hotel additional services.
▪️Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Skills:
▪️Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field.
▪️Minimum of 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
▪️Excellent knowledge of the English language. additional languages will be considered a plus.
▪️Computer and MS Office Skills.
▪️POS knowledge.
▪️Hotel reservation software knowledge is required.
▪️Exceptional leadership qualities.
▪️Ability to give clear and concise instructions.
▪️Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
▪️Communication skills.
▪️Professional appearance.
