Semiramis Hotel, which is part of Yes Hotels, is currently hiring a Restaurant Manager.

Requirements 

• Proven 4+ years of working experience in a similar position in 5*  Hotels or High End Restaurants
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff 
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Micros, IHOST etc. 
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills 
• Acute financial management skills 
• BSc degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts will be considered as a plus 
• Knowing of a second foreign language will be considered as a plus
• Maintain a positive attitude under pressure and motivate team
