Job Description: Pastry Commis Chef
Responsibilities
- Prepares desserts following the instructions of the Pastry Chef.
- Handles the pastry equipment safely and responsibly.
- Inspects all products to ensure good quality.
- Keeps all areas of the pastry shop clean and organized.
- Ensures compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen area.
Skills Required:
- Flexible work hours
- Team spirit
- Food safety training is a plus (HACCP)
- Active listening and effective communication skills
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Hotels.
- Pastry Degree
