Communications & Reservations Agent, Hotel Grande Bretagne & King George

Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:

Communications & Reservations Agent

Will be reporting to the Multi Property Communications & Reservations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

  • Assist in the exceptional Guest Service our Hotels are renown for and all Guest request
  • Set-up and reply to all Reservations requests, and send offers.
  • Support in the Hotel Guest Service Center, and Call-Center.

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

  • University Degree in a Tourism (or relevant Master’s degree)
  • Working knowledge of Opera
  • At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment
  • Excellent command of the English language certified at Proficiency level
  • ECDL Certifications for advanced knowledge of a Computer
  • Working knowledge of GXP Empower would be considered an assert
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
  • Organizing skills and coordination ability
  • Analytical, and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
  • EU National or Greek Resident
