Overnight Barista

(male/female)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar for the morning operation.
• Prepare exceptional coffees and mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes.
• Juice bar preparation and operation due breakfast time
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotion.
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
• Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with necessary tools and products.
• Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times.
• Implement LQA standards and follow company procedures at all times.
• Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members, including front desk staff and security personnel, to ensure seamless communication and guest service during overnight hours.
• Taking and delivering orders for food and beverages from guests requesting room service during the overnight shift.

To be successful in this role, you experience should include:

• 2+ years’ minimum experience in a similar position
• Deep knowledge and proven experience on barista skills
• Knowledge of wine, beer and drinks
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
• LHW or other 5* International Hotel Chain experience
• Previous experience with POS Micros systems
• Ability to converse fluently in both Greek and English
• Customer and sales oriented
• Strong team player and able to work under pressure
