About the role

There is currently a job opening “Business Lounge Customer Services Agent” in Larnaca’s Airport.

First impressions count, so a friendly, courteous, and efficient person is what we are looking for to meet and greet our customers.

If you have a passion for making people feel welcome and take pride in providing outstanding customer experience, this role is for you.

 

What you will do:

  • Welcome customers upon entrance and confirm their eligibility for access.
  • Guide customers through the product and services offered in the Lounge as well as the available areas and the seats availability.
  • Act as the point of reference for customers who need assistance or information about their journey or travel arrangements.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the premises and the airport to make the most suitable recommendations and/or provide precise answers to customers concerning their journey.
  • Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products offering and our Loyalty scheme.
  • Upsell additional services, when appropriate.
  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner finding the appropriate solution.
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate customers’ needs.
  • Liaise with our catering suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction from the buffet and offerings.

 

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in customer service will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
  • Flexible to work on shifts

 

And you have competence in:

  • Communicating effectively in a structured manner
  • Multitasking and time-management
  • Resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Thinking in a proactive way
  • Following company’s rules and procedures, demonstrating commitment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
