You will be responsible for coordinating with the clients regarding their bookings and for any issues and queries.

Responsibilities  

• Assisting clients with planning and making reservations.  

• Explaining to the clients about the services the company offers.  

• Answering the clients' questions and complaints.  

• Offering customer service to the client in regards to the cancellation of reservations.  

• Providing excellent customer services and customer satisfaction.  

• Managing all the guest's emails and calls.  

• Ensuring compliance to all security and safety standards.  

Requirements  

• High school diploma or University degree.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservation Agent or a relevant role in the Travel and Tourism industry.  

• Excellent knowledge of English 
• A good knowledge of Spanish will be considered as an asset.

• Excellent people and problem-solving skills.  

• Good communication skills both written and verbal.  

• Ability to offer exceptional customer service.   

• Ability to multi-task efficiently.  

• Good data entry skills.  

• Ability to work 6 days per week in flexible hours.  

• Extraordinary time management and organizational skills.
