This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently coordinating the creation of the delivery/ manifest schedule. Transfer/Excursions.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Receive incoming bookings for non-accommodation products and services and consolidate for planning
• Construct daily manifest for the same services to include all necessary planning details
• Optimize the manifest planning for best use of resources
• Cost management
• Sales opportunities
• Supplier selection from agreed list
• Distribute job orders to suppliers and in-house resources

What we are looking for:

0-2 years of experience in a relevant industry OR on-job training.

Conversational English Level
