Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations and seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Groom/bellboy to join our team at the Atlantica Princess Hotel in Rhodes island for the summer season of 2024.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with their luggage, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
• Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with the hotel's facilities and services.
• Assist in delivering guest requests, such as room service or additional amenities.
• Provide general information about the hotel, local attractions, and activities.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve any issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• EU Driving license 
• Fluency in English
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Professional appearance 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
