Demi Chef De Partie – NOŪS Santorini

Qualifications:

• Degree in Culinary Arts or Tourism / Hospitality studies
• 2 years experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel in similar position
• Good knowledge of English language
• Passionate about food preparation and quality, familiar with international cuisine
• Assist in taking care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standards and qualities.
• Knowledge of the highest standards and quality production, preparation and presentation within restaurant specialized area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Excellent HACCP and health & safety regulations knowledge
