Canaves Collection a renowned luxury hospitality company located in the picturesque village of Oia, in the northern part of Santorini Island, is seeking a Guest Experience Agent (Front Office Agent) to join its dynamic team. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests of all four luxury properties owned and managed by Canaves. With its commitment to high-end service and innovative gastronomic experiences, Canaves is an exceptional place to work for anyone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and willing to learn and grow with the company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries, provide information and suggest activities and excursions
  • Handling daily email and messages
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle financial transactions
  • Organize and coordinate guest transfers and transportation
  • Ensure that guests receive personalized attention and that their needs and expectations are met

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front-office/customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Advanced use of Greek language, both oral and written
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems ( Opera , Fidelio )
  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
