Εποχιακός/ήWorkathlon on behalf of Donkey Hotels and Resorts is hiring for enthusiastic Front Office Agents for the 5* luxury resort Nous Santorini. The position is seasonal.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Collect passport data during check-in and guest registration.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of room types, rates, discounts, and rate policies.
- Regularly review the arrival list to ensure proper room assignments based on booked categories and guest preferences.
- Assist in daily operations to maintain quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Offer immediate assistance to guests as needed.
- Aid in addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and reporting any issues to the manager.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality settings, preferably in 4-star or 5-star establishments.
- A degree in hospitality or a related field will be considered a plus.
- Proficiency in English language .
- Demonstrates a positive attitude.
