Sandblu is a newly built 5-star luxury resort in Santorini, the finest hospitality offering in the Cyclades. It is a contemporary and modern Cycladic village, with common areas organically dispersed along a sprawling 30+ acres plot and nestled in the serenity of ancient Thyra foothills.

Sandblu is entering its initial operating phase, comprising five (5) retail stores. While two stores, a jewelry and an eyewear store, will be operated by top-notch independent third parties, the company will manage three outlets internally. These include a concept store, our signature store, and a convenience store.

Sandblu is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of all three in-house outlets and spearheading the operation of the concept store. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the initial growth phase of Sandblu's retail division.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of all three in-house retail outlets.
  • Spearhead the operation and development of the concept store.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and store presentation across all outlets.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service best practices.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
