Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beach bar, including staff management and customer service.
- Train, schedule, and support a team of bartenders and servers to ensure efficient and friendly service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplies to meet demand.
- Enforce safety and sanitation regulations to provide a clean and secure environment for guests.
- Create and update drink menus, special promotions, and beach bar events to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve revenue targets and uphold quality standards.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hospitality experience as a beach bar supervisor
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English
