Job Information
Resort: Ikos Dassia, Ikos Odisia
Location: Corfu Island, Greece
Contract: Full Time /seasonal
Your main responsibilities
- Performing misen place and setting up the post
- Preparation and implementation of cold or hot kitchen preparations, according to the instructions of the Chef de Cuisine
- Collaborating with the kitchen team and especially the Chef de Partie and the Sous Chef to ensure high quality food and service
- Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary
Your main qualifications/skills
- Past experience working in a similar role in a 5* resort
- Culinary Degree or related major
- Passion for delivering great food and service
- Multitasking and organizational abilities
- Fluency in English (verbal)
