Hometel Greece, the hospitality division of Nextcom Group of companies, is looking for a Receptionist for its “CityZoe”, Boutique Hotel in Plaka to manage our front desk and back-office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Front desk guests’ reception and welcome
- Addressing incoming phone calls
- Handling reservations
- Handling incoming-outgoing daily correspondence
- Servicing customers
- Keeping the booking calendar updated
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, pleasant personality, with a naturally positive attitude
- Building and maintaining excellent relations with the customers, always with a positive disposition to immediately fulfill any request or resolve a problem
- Good organizer
- Multi tasking ability
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English. Mastering of other foreign languages will be considered an asset
- Team player with the ability to plan and coordinate tasks
