Duties and responsibilities:

Processes reservations by mail, telephone, or central reservation systems referral.
Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed, always in line with LHW’s service standards.
Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans, as well as credit policy.
Monitors and process advance deposit requirements.
Communicates reservation information to the front desk of each property.
Configuring rates on the hotel’s property management system.
Follow selling techniques to maximize revenue and achieve budget goals.
Promotes goodwill by beings courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests

Essential requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
LHW or other 5* International Hotel Chain experience
Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
Computer literate –MS Office - Previous experience with PMS systems
Fluent oral and written knowledge of English
Customer and sales oriented
Strong team player. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, professional with attention to detail
