Πλήρης απασχόλησηPurchasing Manager for NOUS Santorini property will be based 7-8 months - on average- in Santorini, remaining 4 to 5 months of the year to be based in Donkey Hotels HQ in Athens
Position/role reports to Donkey Hotels Group Purchasing Manager
The ideal candidate should:
- Have previous experience in a similar purchasing (supervisory) role
- Be ambitious, detail and goal oriented, self-driven & self-motivated
- Have strong negotiation, communication & analytical skills
- Follow up all outstanding issues, maintain poise under pressure, be accurate & punctual
- Liaise effectively with HQ in a constructed manner to provide info & to receive feedback, guidelines
- Be able to adjust quickly, take the initiative when & where necessary
- Be focused on extensive, documented suppliers’ research (reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency)
- Be able to handle quotes, negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, delivery at a senior level
- Prepare comparisons and presentations, as per the above
- Maintain detailed and analytical records of transactions, purchase orders payment terms etc
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, economics, or a related procurement field
- Previous experience in a similar role in Purchasing (supervisory role)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word
